Review of 2010

2 Unlimited On the beginning of 2010 a rumor circulated on the internet that Queen and King of Eurodance will come back and the rumor confirmed with Ray & Anita's new single "In the name of Love".

On January 1st Angie Be took Eurodance Web Award with "Soundwaves" a single who was played in heavy rotation on italian radios this year ...

Evi Goffin(Lasgo,Medusa) just said on our interview that she would quit singing dance.. Alex Sayz was her last collaboration with him made "Hate 2love" a #1 hit.

On January 2010 another eurodance comback Patrik Wincent brought out Look Twice

Brooklyn Bounce are touring with a reduced team : only Diablo and DJ Dennis “Bonebraker” Bohn as Brooklyn Bounce DJ.


Indra after a long break came back with a new single called "Upper Hand (Sexy Mama)".


‎2010 came also with scandals the first one was between Jenny Berggren(Ace of Base lead singer) and her ex colleagues from Ace of Base...Jenny was left outside from the group.
‎2nd one was between Lara McAllen and Angel City producers and the most recent was Basshunter scandal who was arrested and accused of sexually assaulting of 2 womens in a Scottish club.

Sash! was brought out by belgian singer Jessy(Winner of Eurodance Web Awards in 2003) and they made "All is love".

Freedom Williams(C&C Music Factory)release "Party Time"

Disco divas Sabrina & Samantha Fox joined forces to make Blondie's cover "Call me".

Alex C bring out his eurodance project U96 and release his 90's remake "Das Boot 2010"

Vengaboys comeback in 2010 with a premiere the first 3D Video "Rocket 2Uranus" Kim & Co are ready to "party again" with brand new songs in 2011.



X-Perience Claudia Uhle left the project to concentrate over Angelzoom her new project Claudia was replaced by Manja Wagner new songs are prepared and ready for release next year..

TSeven Mr.President frontlady married german bussiness man Sven-Jörg Buthmann (one of Corporate Training founders).

Linda Estelle ( T-Spoon former vocalist & Divas of Dance) broke the ice of silence with a hot collaboration, Linda join forces with dutch Dj Sinharaja to bring out this amazing electro track called "Hold one" released on June 2010, and it's the 2nd single with Linda as a vocalist. "Hold on" it's from Dj Sinharaja debut album called "Proud to be Dutch". Linda is still touring with Shamrock as T-Spoon Reloded.

Sqeezer Jimmy Reeves said that is preaparing new songs with Alexandra Prince meanwhile was released the new video "High Heels" more here.

And the last piece of this.. let's call it puzzle piece is : when Ruud Van Rijen decided to bring out from the closet Twenty 4 Seven with Stay-C and the new vocalist Li-Ann.

Shaun Baker, Gabry Ponte, Groove Coverage

Shaun Baker just released on the end of November a new single called "Frontline", the single is very diffrent from the other releases it's more club and they stopped the collboration with Maloy. Already the video reached almost 150000 hits on utube.

Gabry Ponte joined forces with italian legend rapper and songwriter, Jovanotti, the new single is called "Tutto l'amore che ho(All the love that i have)" and was released this month on beatport and itunes.

Mario Lopez finally release a brand new single called "Always &; Forever 2K10" a nice dance track who was drop out on September 24 more infos here .

Fragma  just announced on her facebook account the release date of her new single "Oops Sorry", the tune will ready next year in January.

Luciana ends an fruittifull year after "I like That" and "Shout your month" both songs  reached the poll positions in Australia & USA single charts, now another  feed back comes from the songs that she co- wrote for  Dave Aude feat. Isha Coco and Erika Jayne both tunes are on Billboard dance club chart on # 1 and # 3 this week. Recently Luciana finished a new song called "I'm Still Hot" who will be out soon on all digital platforms.

Predator by Julissa Veloz

She was in love of music from the age of four, her parents saw her potential as a vocalist and took her to auditions in local talent contests. Julissa is known in USA (cause from America is coming this artist) as American Idol finalist. Her first single is called "Take control" and the 2nd one who kept my attention, and was released few days ago is called "Predator" a song inspired by her experience "I'm the Predator and i like to hunt mans" like she says .. more infos here.

Freefallin' with Zoe Badwi

"Freefallin" is the new single from Zoe Badwi singer and tv presenter from Australia and from what i saw is the best-kept secrets till now, when i discovered her. "Freefallin" it's a song that makes you jump and sing is exactly like a "Freefallin". The single was released on November 30th and can be found here, but enough with the words like the song says " just let the melody flow"....

BassHunter arrested

The 25 years old swedish dj Basshunter aka Jonas Erik Altberg was arrested Friday December 10 in Kitty's nightclub in Kirkcaldy  Scotland reports BBC News.
The international artists known after his hits like "Now You’re Gone" And "Dota" was accused of sexually assaulting by two womens.

A Fife Constabulary spokesman said: "Police in Fife can confirm that a 25 year-old man has been arrested in relation to alleged offences committed at Kitty's, Hunter Street, Kirkcaldy, and has been bailed to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court in due course."

The manager of Scottish club appologys for Altberg's behaviour: "We were totally embarrassed by his conduct." says the club manager.

Basshunter and his manager denies the accusations and would  co-operate fully with the police investigation.

After Mikrofonkåt comes Me and my microphone

After September success version of "Mikrofonkåt" –now comes the English version.
"Me and my microphone" is the name of the song that has already aroused great interest in England and America
- It is completely unbelievable! says Petra Marklund.

September's success with "So much the better" version of Petters' Mikrofonkåt "continues.
Sales in Sweden has passed the platinum, and the song continues to top the charts.
September thought to try now "Mikrofonkåt" in English –the new version it's called "Me and my microphone".
- “At first I thought it would be difficult to change the text into another language, but I figured I'd try anyway. And there was actually no surprise, it was really good! she says.

What is distinguishes in "Mikrofonkåt" and "Me and my microphone" in addition to the language and title?
- The theme is slightly different in English, it is not possible to translate word by word but I kept that emotion. Then I had rather do on a slightly different way, and try to get a little clever, and funny. I sing about me and my pickups are out in the world and sing and live flea, "said Petra Marklund and laughs.
The song topped the charts in several countries, and is also the first hit single from September's upcoming album "Love CPR". - The English record companies think it's great, and also from the USA, we have received good response. It is quite unbelievable, really fun! she says. Petra

Alexandra Prince and Pandora

"I am here for Hip Hop" says Alexandra Prince(Nana & Sqeezer), recently Miss Prince put her touch on Phantom Black new track called "Home", and is not the first time when Alex is doing this kind of collaborations, in '97 and '99 she marked Nana's hits "Lonely, "He's Coming",  "In My dreams", so the new tune will have the same fate,  "Home"will be released soon on all digital platforms, more details here.

Pandora showed on facebook the name and the front cover of  her new single, the song is called "Anne's song" and is made in duett with Peter Jezwski a ballade who is available on itunes and amazon, but more details here.

Da Blitz

The lead singer of italo dance project Da Blitz, Vivian B is busy working on new collaborations. The newest one is with Dj Thunderstorm called "She's my only" a track in the same style italo dance.  The tune will be available soon on all digital platforms. Also you can see Vivian today December 15 on Teatro Don Orione, Piazza Montale in Torino at Christmas Jazz Festival.

Ellie White ready to "Love Again"

Ex Dj Project lead singer finally decided to release a new video called "Love again"(the english version of "Nu te mai vreau"). The video cost ex Dj Project member almost 10000 euros and was shoot in Media Pro studios in format 16:9 HD, the official release of the video will be near Christmas Eve.
Ellie White aka Elena Baltagan wrote the songs with Inna's producers Play &; Win, and the romanian version already climbed on romanian charts on the poll positions. More pics from video shooting here.

Ultra Nate came out with a new single this year. The American dance diva, famous after huge hits like: "Free", "Found a cure", "Desire","Get It Up (The Feeling)","Automatic" and "Give It All You Got" all #1 singles,  bring  "Destination" a single released with Tony Moran which is currently climbing in the Billboard Dance Play chart.
At the moment Ultra Nate is preparing a new material with Strictly Rhythm team which will be launched next year and it’s Ultra's 8th full length studio album entitled "Hero Worship",  and the first single who will promote the material will be called "Turn It Up". September released on itunes a english version of "Mikrofonkat" called "Me & My Microphone". The new track will be included on September future material who will be out next year, so don't forget September is back and is trying to resuscitate all the charts with her music!!

Brooklyn Bounce dj Denis Bohn released on digital platforms an album with Brooklyn Bounce remixes, the name of that material is "BB-Styles(Dj Edition)" and was released on December 12 under Mental Madness Records more infos here.

Schiller aka Christopher von Deylen was invited on DW Tv to spoke about his starts in this industry, and also to talk about his music projects,Christopher confirmed that the new material will be out this December and available on all digital megastores. His recent single "Always you" is pumping up in the charts and was made with french singer Anggun. The hole interview can be seen here.


Jocelyn Brown( Todd Terry, Change) is back with a new music project called Allstars Collective and can be see live Tonight(December 10) at Jazz Cafee.

Guru Josh Project released a new single called "This is the night", and was oficially released on September, a smack preview here.

Scooter's next album should be released around Spring 2011. On 25th June, Scooter will perform in Hamburg IMTECH Arena, a stadium which offers a capacity of 60.000 persons, for a special concert called "The stadium techno inferno".
