Captain Jack On September 6th Beatdisaster Records, Niebergall & Schnecko GbR released on amazon the first acoustic Best of. The compilation includes all Frankie Gee hits but acoustic versions you can listen here. In 2009 the new Captain Jack team release a remix of Dream a Dream.

4 Strings made a new song with Ellie Lawson Love Happy lead singer called "Safe from Harm". The single will be available on all digital megastores.

Frankie second single from Top Secret was "Say Captain Say wot" a nice dance the song, who entred on Radio Contact Romania Charts at # 20. The album "Top Secret" was finally released but did not have that much success, it even failed enetering the Top 100. Meanwhile, during the summer, a Best Of album was released in Japan. In 2000 Maloy left the group and was replace by Ilka-Anna-Antonia Traue aka Illi Love ex model Meanwhile Captain Jack's carreer kept on in Japan, an album entitled Top Secret was released, with a single entitled Hi-Ho (coming with another track of the album Oh La La La).

In Europe Frankie and the new vocalist Illi released their first single from "Top Secret" the song was  Iko Iko summer song  cover after James "Sugar Boy" Crawford . The new remix from Frankie finnally entred into European  charts :   on Top 50 Radio Contact Romania and on # 16 in Austria Top Charts. (thanks to Karine Sanche)

Armin van Buuren

Thanks to a string of high-profile collaborations, house music has been welcomed with open arms into the mainstream. And judging by his latest album, Mirage, it seems like trance icon Armin van Buuren doesn't want to be left out of the inter-genre group hug.

Nestled among tracks featuring the likes of Guy Chambers (a veteran writer who's worked with Kylie Minogue, Tokio Hotel and Robbie Williams) and Nadia Ali is a warm, stripped-down, feel-good electro tune called "Youtopia," featuring Owl City's Adam Young.

Young sings, "I can feel you/ In the rising tide/ Can you feel me/ By the fireside?/ For the moonlight/ Through the cherry trees/ Open the roof and take in the view/ 'Cause you're my sweetest dream come true."

Van Buuren adds an edge that makes the track like an Owl City song on steroids. Young's songs have been frequently remixed in the dance-music world, but Van Buuren told MTV News that he was flattered to learn that the singer/songwriter had named him as an inspiration.

" 'Fireflies' was such a huge hit here in Holland," Van Buuren said. "And I thought his sound was very fresh. Very simple. Very sweet. And some of the staff at Armada [Van Buuren's record label] looked at his Wikipedia and they said, 'Did you know that Owl City was inspired by you?' And I was like, 'By me?' He's selling millions of albums in the U.S., and he was inspired by me? That's crazy!

"So I just sent him an e-mail saying, 'Hey man I'm a big fan of your work, and I'm so proud that you mentioned me on your Wikipedia,' " Van Buuren continued. "And he got back to us and we started talking and we made a track together."

"Youtopia" was made through exchanges over the Internet, and the two artists still haven't had the chance to meet in person. Still, Van Buuren is pleased with what they have built together.

"It's very simple yet effective, because it's such a beautiful, sweet little song at the end of the album," Van Buuren said. "It's the sweet dessert at the end of a beautiful meal. That's how I see it."

Dan Balan, Down Low, Ak Swift

Dan Balan ( ex O-Zone) is preparing to release in Europe a new hot single, after a hot summer and Chica's Bombs (A song used by german Tv RTL as ident more) Dan just release in Romania the new single "Justify Sex" and soon will be released all over europe

Down Low Mike Dalien lead singer of eurorap act Down Low is back this year with a new single called "The Thing Called Love". The single will be released soon all over Europe on digital megastores.

Frankie Gee part 12

Maloy & Frankie presented in the summer of '99 the new single "Only you" a pop dance song with 60's flavours and the last one with Maloy as vocalist. The song was extracted from "The Captain's Revenge" and was release with a great video shoot in Netherlands. Fans of the Konami arcade game Dance Dance Revolution know them from the numerous songs used by this game.

Calvin Harris

Chris Brown is under fire again, with Calvin Harris claiming that the R&B star ripped off his No 1 single, I'm Not Alone. The Scottish musician said he "choked on [his] cornflakes" when Brown's new single, Yeah 3x, came on the radio while he was eating breakfast.

"Stealing is still stealing, doesn't matter who you are," Harris wrote on Twitter. "[Just] because Chris Brown is an international celebrity doesn't make it OK to rip off a guy from UK not many people have heard of." Harris is being modest. I'm Not Alone debuted in April 2009 at the top of the UK charts, knocking Lady Gaga's Poker Face from the peak position. It also reached No 5 on the European Hot 100. The LP it's taken from, Ready for the Weekend, later crowned the album charts.

I'm Not Alone is gentler than Yeah 3x, which is inspired by David Guetta's hard Euro-dance sound. But there's certainly a common cadence to both tracks. "Happy for people to make their own mind up," Harris said, explaining he has no plans to sue Brown or his label. "What good would that do?"

Franky Gee part 11

"Dream A Dream" did not have the success expected, anyway they released a second single featuring the Gypsy Kings : "Get Up", second pre-release from the forthcoming new album "The Captain's Revenge". The only performance together worldwide, took place on the the 17th July 1999 on the biggest German TV-show "Wetten, dass..." in the bullfight arena in Mallorca and the last one with Maloy.

Update:  The single "Dream a Dream" was included on a Les Mills Body Pump training program choreography in 2000.

After the departure of Liza da Costa from the group Frankie & Udo took a break, and in '98 found a new singer Maria Lucia Lozanes aka Maloy. Among other musical experiences, Maria had previously done some backing vocals for the project Le Click.
The first single launched was "Dream a Dream " with a futuristic video shoot in studios from Berlin.

Susana, Bob Sinclair, Tiesto

Susana new single will be called "Frozen" and was presented in Armin van Buuren show A state of trance. The tune it's from Susana new album "Closer" and was made in collboration with Josh Gabriel.




Bob Sinclair new single it's called "Tik Tok" and it's made in collaboration with Sean Paul.

Tiesto has a new single called "C'mon" featuring Diplo. The tune can be found here.

The second single release was called "Togehter and forever" from the album "Operation dance" and the last album with Liza da Costa as vocalist, the higher position in tops was # 9 in Finland # 30 in Austria. The action of the video happens in Las Vegas and was directed by Mark Glaeser.

Kate Ryan, Scooter , Ace of Base

Kate Ryan is back after a long periode of concerts in Canada and in Germany, now she has a little time to prepare a new material that will ready to release next year in May 2011, the first single like she describe on her twitter account "will be with a boy". The single will be released later this year and will be preceded by her sixth Album in 2011.

Scooter are back in studio after summer vacation, HP and the Co are preparing new tracks for the next album that will be done next year. Scooter are sayin' sorry to UK fans because the Clubbland Tour was cancelled and refunds are available from point of purchase.

Liza & Frankie announce their new single at the begining of '97, was called "Holiday" cover after Madonna's 80's hit and was presented on German Charity Event. "Holiday" was shoot in Frankfurt, Germany by Mark Glaeser.

The last single from The mission was "Little boy", the video was shoot in a old military barracks. Captain Jack with Liza, Frankie and the dancers were becoming not just an image or a song were more of that The original Captain Jack. The single entred in Top 10 in Holland but was not so succesfull like other 3 singles.
